Just annoying as I thought I had a bargain and would not want to pay over £1000 for a laptop, and the XPS seems to be plagued with problems, I thought I would get lucky but clearly not! I am having such bad luck here, I just need it for internet browsing, some light video editing and webcam streaming/skype conferencing.

Aug 30, 2012 · There are certain computers/laptops which have drivers that support a specific operating system. kindly check what your operating system was when it was still working. your drivers might be compatible only to that version and not the others. so use the operating system that used to work with your internet connection.
I can not get internet connection on my laptop but the PC gets internet connect just fine. This recently happen a few days ago. I did the Diagnose and repair and all it tells me " Windows did not find any problems with my Internet connection". It shows I have connection and also says I'm already connected to the internet,but can't connect.
